Sevin or Lorsban are two with ants on the label. Though I am sure there are many others. Another effective and convenient way to control some species of ants is with a granular bait product, such
as Combat® Ant Killing Granules. The fact sheet at http://polk.ces.ncsu.edu/2012/06/fire-ant-control-in-pastures/ gives information for controlling fire ants, and will be good for any ants around here.
