Pink hard blueberries #121969

I have hard pink blueberries on my bush. Is this a disease? What can I spray to stop this?

Expert Response

Those are mummy berries. They resulted from an infection of the flower at bloom.

You should pick up all the hard mummies to reduce infection next year.
If you have shoots dying on the bush about bloom time you have the initial infection and you need to spray with a fungicide at bloom to protect the flowers from infection.
